Congratulations to Caris! She is our newest Junior Blackbelt and first female Junior Blackbelt sanctioned by International Wuzuquan Federation.
She successfully performed the following in front of Judges Laoshi Justin,Laoshi Charles and Laoshi Tess. We are very proud of you.
👊Hand Forms: Level 1,2,3 (9 total) and 2 man set (3 total).
👊Weapons form:Shoulder staff and White Ape Double Daggers
👊Endurance Test : 50 knuckle Push ups, 50 sit ups, 50 Squats, 50 iron chairs and 10 minute horse stance.
👊Sparring 1, 2, 3 opponents.
👊Oral exam: questions about lineage, style, kungfu training applications in fighting and life.
👊Written exam "My journey to blackbelt."
👊Leadership hrs . Need 50 hrs
leadership attendance and assisting in class hours.
👊International Kung fu Tournament participation.
👊Academic Excellence.
