Grapple Academy & Analysis - Film Breakdown and Wrestling Lessons. Breaking down and studying film is essential to success in any sport especially wrestling, but all too often it is overlooked. We will break down film and conduct a thorough analysis including a training plan to help you or your wrestlers get to the next level. Analysis includes a thorough evaluation of opportunities and technical

solutions to the 3 phases of wrestling (neutral, top and bottom). In addition, we will provide assessment of the opponent including areas where the opponent excels and how you or your wrestler can counter attack.

Summer Duals @ buchholz high school. Coach Pankey and crew got us in at 9am and out by 130pm w/ 5 dual meets. It ain’t hard… run efficient tournaments and let boys/parents enjoy their weekend - grow the sport!

Grapple Academy’s June Rumble at St. Johns Country Day School this Saturday 6/13 from 9am-12pm. College wrestlers Cale Hoskinson (state champ and state placer ) & Jacob Bucci (3 time placer and one time finalist) will do an hour clinic and then we will get live matches after that.
