Grapple Academy & Analysis - Film Breakdown and Wrestling Lessons. Breaking down and studying film is essential to success in any sport especially wrestling, but all too often it is overlooked. We will break down film and conduct a thorough analysis including a training plan to help you or your wrestlers get to the next level. Analysis includes a thorough evaluation of opportunities and technical solutions to the 3 phases of wrestling (neutral, top and bottom). In addition, we will provide assessment of the opponent including areas where the opponent excels and how you or your wrestler can counter attack.
