Be sure to stretch before and after playing... wait, stretch every day for you older folks out there.

Soccer is a demanding sport. Warming up and stretching appropriately can have a variety of benefits for soccer players no matter your skill level.

Sunday the 17th was a great return to the pitch with a handful of friends to play a wonderful 2 hours of soccer. I am sore but feel great and am thankful for all of you who came out and played with respect of others as gentlemen.

We have moved the start time to 6pm as it is beginning to get dreadfully hot as the Florida summer is closing in. Please be there a few minutes early to stretch and lace up the boots.

Also, I wanted to reiterate some of our new guidelines due to COVID19. If you have been around anyone that has been or is currently sick, please DO NOT COME OUT. Please respect the health and welfare of your mates and do you part to not jeopardize their health. If you are not feeling well, please DO NOT COME OUT for the same reasons.
