👻 Dancers are invited to wear their Halloween costumes to class

🍁 We’ll play games & connect with some team building activities

🦇 Celebrations will be happening during normal class times

Costume Deposits are due by the end of this month. Please see Miss Darlene at the front desk if you have any questions or to make a payment.

Deposits are $50 per costume. All remaining costume balances will be due December 3rd.

Halloween “Almost” Sleepover was an absolute blast!!! 🎃🕸️👻🍁 We loved seeing everyone show up in their festive PJs, getting all glammed up and being silly with their friends.

They had a special guest teacher, Miss Katie Huey - who worked with dancers on how to train their bodies to reduce injury and strengthen their muscles for dance.

🧑‍🩰📸 The infamous photo! At least once a month, a new dancer asks us, “Who are these dancers in the photo?”

The first photo, was a print from Life Magazine that has been hanging in the studio for years.

The second was an April Fools Prank on Miss Debbie! We noticed that the ballet costume that year was similar to the ones in the first photo, so naturally we posed everyone in the window, put Miss Katie’s editing skills to the test & did our best to replicate the original. We swapped the photos in the frame and waited for Miss Debbie to notice🫣 This one still hangs at the studio today!

The third was taken this past week. Our youngest ballerinas were asking about the dancers in the photo. We told them the story, followed by an invitation to play dress up. They immediately ran to the window in their tutus, naturally recreating the photo in a moment of curiosity & admiration. & Now we’re wondering, does this one need to be hung up too?! 💗🩰💗
