Here is a great way to handle competition corrections.

In a 4 throw competition, there has to be a clear strategy.

Each throw serves a purpose but ultimately can lead to a lot of pressure on the final throw.

These are three CRAZY rotational core movements.

The first exercise we learned directly from the Olympic champion, Daniel Stahl.

The second movement is a consistent throwers unilateral movement that is awesome for the hips and core.

The final movement is more RAPID but should SLOWLY be built out over time.
