Here's your list for the weekend warm clothes for whole family and extra blankets gloves etc on stand by. Plenty of fuel for the generator including backup propane or diesel if it's a multi fuel setup. Plan for a 5 day potential outage so have your backup to the gas generator charged (solar charge with ac now to the 91% cap). Mr buddy propane heater as a backup source is good to have too. wood for your woodstove/pellets etc already near the house. You should already have food toilet paper etc fill water jugs and the bathtub if you have an extra fill them all tou can use that to flush toilets. Top off every vehicle with a full tank, charge all phones and extra battery banks to capacity. Worst case you can use your vehicles for charging things dire situation they have heat to and with the full tank can idle long term use a co2 detector with them and mr buddies to he safe. Make sure you have plenty of salt on hand to deal with ice. Put your faucets on a trickle to prevent pipes from freezing. Candles and flashlights to save your generator so you don't need to run as many lights. if you don't already have your necessities on hand, you better get them tomorrow because you don't wanna be going to the store on a Friday or Saturday with a storm coming Sunday. keep your fingers crossed that it's just snow and does not turn to ice and take all the powerlines down like it did in October about 15 years ago. Remember if you don't have electric, neither do the stores and gas stations so prepare for that as well. Good luck we're all in this together. Hopefully it's not as bad as they're predicting.

On the auto side i can now scan vehicles and give you the issues for 1/2 that of a dealership. Got that pesky check engine light on make an appointment for trouble shooting it.
