So I guess that i lied to you this year. At junior bowling I always tell you that when the kids go back to school to bring them in on Saturday for bowling. Well the late Labor Day has made that statement incorrect. We will start Junior Bowling on Saturday September 12th. Doors open at 10:15 for first shift. If you are in high school, your league bowls at 1pm.

Sign up is $10 per child and I will be at the lanes on Tuesday noon-5 and Wednesday noon-7pm and will take signups then. If you can't make it either of those days, we will also take signups on Saturday.

Lists are posted for those that have already signed up for this year.

Enjoy this long holiday weekend - as we will be doing - and we will see you all after Labor Day. We will open full time on Tuesday.

Update: Hunter made it through last nights rounds but fell in both of this mornings rounds. While we are sad he is not still bowling, we are extremely impressed with the week he had! Anyone that can get to the top 10 in this event bowled one heck of a week! Proud of you Hunter, now rest and we know you will be back.

Edit: He has made it to the brackets! The top 16 will bowl 2 rounds tonight. Good luck Hunter.

Update on Junior Gold in Minneapolis

Hunter Wyszynski qualified in 2nd place in the U18 Boys! He is now moving on to the advancers round. We are sending nothing but great good luck vibes to him! Go do your thing Hunter!

In a heart breaking turn of events, Dylan Aikey missed the cut by only 14 pins! What a great week of bowling that Dylan showed everyone.

Tyson Hill finished 170th out of 707 in the U16 boys despite being sick the whole week. He missed the cut by 102 pins (which isn't a lot over 16 games).

We are so very proud of all these young men! Way to represent!

Thank you to all for another great season! We will have banquets this week on Thursday and Friday for league members only so we are closed for the summer.

We hope that you all enjoy your summer whether golfing, boating, traveling or simply enjoying the summer weather. We are also enjoying the Michigan summer and will return refreshed after Labor Day.
