Better late then never!

Huge CONGRATULATIONS to 14 BLACK on taking 3rd place in their last regional tournament! They competed all day, finishing 5-1!!

This was a testament to their overall season. The girls improved and competed like a well-oiled machine! It was amazing to see the team compete at a high level. Thank you to Coach Lisa & Coach Kristin for leading the crew. 🚀

A huge shoutout to 14 Black parents AND all other Ascent parents who consistently show up for their players and give time and energy into the sport. We appreciate you!

We are getting closer and closer to SUMMER CAMPS! ☀️🍉⛱️

We have programs for ALL ages this summer at varying times & days. Our website is getting revamped this summer, so please use the link in our bio to sign-up for camps!

All camps will be held at the Rolle Activity Center (304 E. Pine Knoll Dr., Flagstaff, AZ 86011).

🕶️Sprouts Camp
Boys and girls aged 9 & under. New to volleyball & beginners.

🍓Junior Skills Camp
Boys and girls aged 10–12 years old. New to volleyball & beginners.

🌞Middle School Camp
Boys and girls aged 12–15 years old. Beginner to intermediate level.

⛵️Open Gyms
Co-ed, aged 13 & older. Experienced adults welcome.

🪼Positional Clinics
Boys and girls aged 13 & older. Intermediate to advanced skill level.

We are excited to announce our summer camp dates & programs for 2026!

ASCENT SPROUTS 🌱: 9 years & under - new/beginners

ASCENT JUNIORS 🦋: 10-12 years old - beginner/intermediate

ASCENT MIDDLE SCHOOL 🎡: 12-15 years old - beginner/intermediate

ASCENT POSITIONAL CAMPS 🌊: 12-18 years old - intermediate/advanced. Emphasize on setting, serve & pass, arm swing & hitters, back row defense and middle blockers

ASCENT OPEN GYMS 🥝: 13 years & older, experienced adults welcome - intermediate/advanced

12 Mint at AZ Regionals🏆

The girls played their hearts out with lots of grit and hustle for their last tournament of the season! 💪🏽We started off with a blind silly shirt exchange for warm up shirts (super fun - 10/10 recommend!), which brought some giggles and fun memories🥰 We faced some great competition throughout the day, and still finished strong ending at 27th out of 80 teams for the 12U Club division, which is quite the accomplishment after starting the season at 54!🤩

We are SO beyond proud to see all of their hard work and dedication truly pay off at the last tournament of the season. Each individual improved SO much and grew so much as young athletes. We are so excited to see them continue to grow and improve in this sport especially with their bright futures ahead! These girls made this season so very special and are such a fun bunch to coach especially with their great attitudes, hard work, high energy, and dedication🩵
