NAU Challenge Course

NAU Challenge Course The NAU Challenge Course is a series of adventure-based learning activities for groups such as schools, organizations, clubs, and businesses.

What exactly is the challenge course? At the NAU Challenge Course we provide teambuilding experience to help build group cohesion. We use adventure-based activities that address topics such as communication, trust, and problem-solving. These activities range from group based activities to walking across a balance beam forty feet in the air. Challenge course experiences have the potential to:

ncrease mutual support and unify spirit within a group
-Enhance participants' sense of self-confidence.
-Increase the effectiveness of interpersonal communication within a group.
-Encourage and empower individuals to overcome fear and doubt.
-Cultivate an awareness of personal roles, responsibilities, and accountability.
