A beloved trainer and old school gym I loved and trained there through the years. Cecil was always kind and humble. He had a quick smile, words of encouragement and a witty sense of humor. My heart is so sad for the loss of a great man. My love and heartfelt prayers for Carrie and all those that loved him.
