MadPower and the beach… what could be better? Join MadPower Coaches for 8 days of training.. Plus, time on the beach with cocktail in hand and exploring the surrounding area, activities, and nightlife. Work Hard! Play Harder!

The Workouts:
We will lead you through three workouts/day. The training sessions will include MadPower, MadFit, Armed & Dangerous, Boot Camp drills, MadPower and Aqua.

The Retreat:
