Front squat days don’t build comfort—they build strength. Training for the real workout: life. Front squats translate to our ever day life in so many ways:

💪🏼Picking things up safely: Whether it’s kids, laundry baskets, boxes, or a heavy bag—front squats teach you to lift with a strong, upright torso instead of folding over and stressing your back.

💪🏼Core stability & posture:
Because the weight is in front, your core has to work overtime to keep you upright. That translates to better posture at a desk, driving, or just standing and moving throughout the day.

💪🏼Knee and hip strength for daily movement:
Walking stairs, hiking, getting in and out of cars—all benefit from the leg strength and joint stability front squats build.
