☀Good morning, Augusta Health Community! ☀

June is right around the corner and we're launching a few pop-up classes to move, lift, and power up all month long.

The pop-up classes we are offering in June are:
✨ Les Mills BodyBalance – flow, stretch, breathe
🔥 Les Mills BodyPump Heavy – strength turned all the way up
⚡ Power Up – a full 45-minute strength + cardio blast using dumbbells + bodyweight in timed intervals

Whether you’re building strength, improving mobility, or looking for a high energy sweat session, there’s a class for you. We'll see you there!

SWAT’s Tuesday Night Tennis event will now be on our indoor courts tonight due to too much Liquid Sunshine on our clay courts recently!

See you at 5:30 PM!

We are excited to announce that the Staunton Waynesboro Augusta Tennis Associations Tuesday Night, Tennis for May
26th will be held on the Augusta Health Fitness Clay Courts (with indoor tennis court backup available if the weather does not cooperate)!

Instruction time will be from 5:30 PM until 7 PM with Coach Chad, Coach Greg, Coach Freddie, and Coach Jeremy.

Round Robin play will be organized by the SWAT Board from 7 PM until 8 PM.

Don’t miss this unique opportunity to learn some “Top Tennis Tips” from our certified coaching staff, and to Play the Clay!

SWAT Members pay $5 and all others pay $10.
