Huge congratulations to Cindy on reaching 750 classes at CrossFit Anazao!

Not only is Cindy an incredible coach who leads by example every single day, but she also continues to show what prioritizing your health looks like even through life’s changes and challenges. Recently navigating career changes has not slowed her down one bit — she has continued to adapt, stay consistent, and make her health and fitness a priority. 👏

Cindy is the definition of leading from the front. Her work ethic, positivity, and consistency make her such an important role model for busy adults trying to balance careers, family, life, and fitness all at once. 🧡🖤

Huge congratulations to Brice on reaching 500 classes at CrossFit Anazao!

If you’ve been around our 9am classes, you know exactly what Brice brings to the table every day — hard work, consistency, and a willingness to push himself no matter what is programmed. He shows up ready to work and sets a tremendous example for everyone around him. 💪

One of the coolest things to watch has been the example he sets for his son through his dedication and discipline. Day after day, workout after workout, Brice demonstrates what commitment, perseverance, and effort look like. That kind of leadership matters. 🧡🖤

What also stands out about Brice is his willingness to step outside his comfort zone. Whether it’s a movement he struggles with or a workout that challenges him mentally, he leans in and gives it everything he has.

You don’t need hours in the gym to get results—you need purpose. Just 10-20 minutes of focused, challenging work can improve your strength, endurance, health, and confidence in ways endless low-effort exercise never will.

Intensity isn’t about being the fastest or lifting the heaviest. It’s about giving YOUR best effort, at YOUR level, every time you walk through the door. If you find yourself simply going through the motions, it could be a complete game changer with your success.

1500 CLASSES for Brian!!! 🔥👏

This is an absolutely EPIC milestone — Brian has officially hit 1,500 classes at CrossFit Anazao!

Milestones like this don’t happen by accident. They come from years of consistent effort, early mornings, discipline, and continuing to show up even through the minor injuries, setbacks, and life’s challenges along the way. Brian has done exactly that. 💪

One thing we can always count on at 5:30am is Brian bringing humor, and laughs to the class. No matter how tough the workout is, he always finds a way to keep the atmosphere fun and keep people smiling while still putting in the work. 😅

100 WORKOUTS for Garrett! 🔥👏

Big congratulations to Garrett on hitting his first 100 workouts at CFA!

If there’s an early morning class happening, chances are Garrett is there ready to work. He attacks every workout with a great attitude, and if running is involved… he’s probably smiling even more 😅🏃♂️

What’s been awesome to watch is how much his gymnastics have improved over time while continuing to build on an already impressive cardio engine and solid strength foundation. The consistency, effort, and willingness to learn are paying off in a big way.

We’re proud of the work you’ve put in, Garrett, and excited to keep watching your growth. 100 workouts is a huge accomplishment — now let’s keep rolling! 💪

🚨 ATHLETE OF THE MONTH (…6 days late because your gym owner went on vacation 😬🫣) 🚨

This past month, we celebrated someone who has apparently decided that CrossFit Anazao is no longer CrossFit Anazao…

It’s now Pamazao. 👑

If you’ve ever walked into the gym and wondered if someone was moving in permanently, you’ve probably seen PigPen Pamsey’s collection of gear, bags, shoes, sleeves, wraps, water bottles, snacks, backup snacks, and whatever else she has strategically scattered throughout the building. At this point, we’re not sure if she’s a member or a tenant. 😂

And honestly? We’re glad she acts like she owns the place.

Because people who care deeply about a community tend to treat it like home.

Pam has become one of those people who makes our gym better simply by being here. She shows up, works hard, supports others, celebrates wins, encourages those having a rough day, and brings a level of commitment that elevates everyone around her.

Then there’s her Athlete of the Month workout…

Let’s just say people are STILL talking about it.

We’re pretty sure there are members who see a push press, dumbbell lunge, sn**ch, Echo Bike, and sit-up in the same workout and immediately start having flashbacks. The workout was equal parts creative, brutal, and unforgettable. It may go down as one of the most challenging Athlete of the Month workouts we’ve ever had.

And honestly, that’s pretty fitting.

Because Pam doesn’t shy away from challenges. She embraces them.

Pam, thank you for your consistency, your friendship, your support of our members, and for helping create the welcoming, hardworking culture that makes this place special.

Even if we’re still trying to figure out where all your stuff goes every day. 😆

At CrossFit Anazao, we know that results aren’t built from one great workout—they’re built from showing up consistently, week after week, month after month.

A huge congratulations to the 40 members who earned their spot in our May Commitment Club! Your dedication to your health, your goals, and your fellow members is what makes this community so special.

👏 Special shoutout to Pamsey, our May Commitment Club winner! Thank you for leading by example and demonstrating what consistency looks like.

We also want to recognize our members celebrating gym anniversaries this month. Whether you’ve been with us for one year or many years, every anniversary represents countless early mornings, tough workouts, personal victories, setbacks overcome, and a commitment to becoming a healthier, stronger version of yourself.

What makes our community unique isn’t just the workouts—it’s the people. Every time you walk through our doors, you inspire someone else.
