🚨Important Studio Update🚨

The Barre Code Indianapolis - Fishers studio will be permanently closing after classes on Saturday, September 18th.

We thank you for your support and letting us be a part of your life. The studio has always been a positive and happy space where the community has been at the center of our focus - so let’s end this week on a high note. We would love to see you as much as possible in the studio through Saturday!

⭐️client spotlight ⭐️

If you’ve taken Brawl, you’ve seen Alyssa cross-kicking her way through class. 💪🏻

During the day, Alyssa works as a managing Pharmacist 💊, and in the evenings (when she’s not pushing towards 800 classes) she’s supermom 👨‍👩‍👧‍👦 with 2 young kiddos (16 mos and 3 yrs), her husband, and Enzo the Corgi 🐾.
In her free time you can catch her listening to the Crime Ju**ie Podcast 🎧, testing her trivia skills watching Jeopardy, or channeling her inner speed demon while watching racing series like IndyCar, MotoCross, and MotoGP 🏍- and don’t forget the ice cream 🍦
Alyssa also loves traveling to beach-y places like Hawaii, Fiji, and the Cayman Islands (don’t we all?!) ☀️👙🏝

Alyssa, your energy and amplifications in classes are contagious! We love having you as part of The Barre Code Indianapolis - Fishers community! 💕

Staff Star of the week:
⭐️Emily B.⭐️

This bubbly beauty may be our newest addition to our Fishers CR team, but she is no stranger to the Barre Code! She could be found rocking classes (preferably burn🔥) in Chicago before moving back home to Indy after 10 years away. She works as a project manager and spends as much time as she can bringing together friends and family. When she’s not flapping her social butterfly 🦋 wings, you can find her in her new home completing house projects and decorating. We’re so grateful to have you back in Indy, Emily, and are so excited to have you as part of the family! ❤️❤️

The Barre Code Fishers and ADRENALINE Family Adventure Park are teaming up for an evening of wellness for the whole family! Adults can enjoy a 50 minute Barre class while eating he kids have full supervised access to the Adventure Park after hours!

One studio. So many formats!

Cardio. Strength. Restoration. Try them all or pick your favorites to create an individualized workout plan that fits YOUR fitness goals.

🩰Barre: highly effective workout that uses isometric (small) movements to burn out the muscles and build strength (aka that shaking sensation when you’ve really challenged your body!). Uses a variety of different props to increase resistance and challenge stability (such as a ballet barre!). A full body workout, with focus on core, upper body, seat 🍑, and thighs/lower body

🔥Burn: our classic barre format, but in a room heated to 95 degrees! Allows for deeper muscle release, increases heart rate, and causes serious sweating!

🥊Brawl: our high energy cardio kickboxing class! Learn a routine that includes a variety of punches and kicks to get your heart rate up and have a ton of fun! A true crowd favorite

🏋🏽‍♀️Strength Training: a series of circuits and functional strength challenges using heavier weights and a full range of motion.

🪖Bootcamp: combines cardio and strength training intervals to achieve a full body workout, build muscle, and improve cardiovascular conditioning

🧘🏽‍♀️BarRestore: starts off with 30 minutes of classic barre, and winds down with 20 minutes of extended stretch and meditation. Perfect for fitting in a great workout while releasing tension, preventing injury, and feeling restored

Instructor Introduction of the week:
⭐️BECKY⭐️

Looking for some serious motivation? Becky is your gal! For 20 years she has been bringing the energy as a fitness instructor, with no signs of stopping! She loves a classic Barre class (especially with fun playlists!) and can’t choose a favorite prop since she loves to hate them all! Outside the studio she is an Exceptional Learners teacher, with four kids of her own (as well as a tortoise, a hermit crab, three cats and a dog!). Fun fact: every member of her family has names that start with the letter “R”, including her pets! She has traveled the world all the way to the Great Wall of China, but would be happy relaxing on the beach with a good book. Becky, you are one of a kind and we love kicking b***y with you in class!
