F45 Trials, set to run from July 10th - July 16th, is a week's worth of brand new workouts. Seven days. F45 Alumni are welcome to come workout for FREE this week!

Seven brand new performance-based workouts. Each is designed for you to put your fitness skills to the test and show us what you've got.

Over the course of the week, you will get the chance to complete seven trials. To complement the workouts we are also launching Leaderboards on the Billboard and Movement TVs showcasing the top members for weekly attendance/workouts; LionHeart points and Assessment results (recorded via the F45 Challenge app).

Whether you're a seasoned F45'er, or just starting your fitness journey, this week has something for everyone.

Each day, you'll be able to see the top members and studio's ranking stacked up against other F45s across the globe.
