Oh, , our “OG” Barretender. The ONLY one left pulsing and shaking from the original crew when we opened our doors 5 years ago. 😭

Talk about endurance! Not only that, but if you’re ever searching for a team player, Kristina is your gal! Her huge heart for others means she wants to help when and where she can. 💚

We’ve watched her teach through multiple pregnancies, cute little basketball bump in tow. 👶🏻👶🏻

, the journey from student to barretender didn’t take long (months)! You’ve been a natural from the very start. 🤗

It’s fun to look back and see that you didn’t waste any time getting your family to the barre…only to go on to become a part of the family yourself. 💚

You are the master at getting muscles out of comfort zones. “Close your eyes,” is definitely one of your trademark cues that helps us all dig a little deeper. Thank you for always bringing the heat. 🔥

As a momma of 4 littles, all close in age, plus a job in healthcare on top of that, who knew being a kick-butt barretender would join your resume too?!

From finding the best playlists🎶 (hello hip-hop), to being an awesome role model for your kiddos (we sure loved having them at the studio), you brought FIERCE on the regular. 👊

⤴️That’s a powerful statement.
It’s also really great news because attitude is a choice.🤯 We’re going to say that again:

ATTITUDE IS A CHOICE.

Reminder: this doesn’t mean walking around with blinders/rainbow & puppies thinking. This means choosing to see things how they really are, choosing to make change where change is needed, & empowering yourself with your attitude along the way.

Talk about inspiration. This gal has been going through Med School while “barre tending” on the side. 😅 If you’ve taken a class with T, you’ve experienced her sooooothing voice that is simultaneously asking you to kick your own barre b***y. 🍑🔥

In addition to her drive for making impact in this world🌎, we have been touched by her intentionality to be in meaningful relationships. Whether family, or her many friends, Trilliah has modeled the importance of community throughout her time at the studio. Barre & Wine and Barre to Brunch are a few of the fun ways T and her crew would spend the day right. 👩🏽‍🤝‍👨🏾

🎉Let’s hear it for Olivia!🎉 Olivia Carlton , our basketball athlete 🏀turned ballerina (ok, not quite!). She helped us dispel the myth that you have to be a dancer to do barre. 🙌 She also invited all the friends and family to make their lives sweatier too! 😅

🏡Fun fact: Olivia’s fam lives near our B Present Studio Granger location and she subs/takes classes there when she’s visiting “home.”
