I am eager to begin this new opportunity to help develop athletes to their maximum potential! My passion comes from my own experience as someone who coaches multiple sports and multiple ages. So many of these athletes as they get older lack the basic mobility and skills to excel in the weight room, which translates onto the field/court/etc. Injuries, poor mobility, or the belief that "I can't do that type of lift or exercise" prevents athletes from reaching their full potential. This problem can be fixed with time and a lot of coaching, and it can also be prevented if athletes learn early on. When an entire team is in need of structure, coaching, and development, bad habits might not be noticed. BUT in a 1-on-1 or small group session, all athletes can get coached up and create healthy and successful habits while training.
