No gym. No equipment. No excuses.

🔥 Warm-Up (5 minutes)
• 30 sec Jumping Jacks
• 10 Bodyweight Squats
• 10 Arm Circles
• 10 Alternating Lunges
• 30 sec High Knees



🔥 FULL BODY WORKOUT
Complete 3–4 rounds at your own pace.

1️⃣ Squats – 15 reps
2️⃣ Push-Ups (knees or full) – 10–15 reps
3️⃣ Reverse Lunges – 10 each leg
4️⃣ Shoulder Taps – 20 total
5️⃣ Glute Bridges – 20 reps
6️⃣ Plank – 30–45 sec

Rest 60–90 seconds between rounds.



🔥 FINISHER (Optional)
2 rounds:
• 30 sec Mountain Climbers
• 30 sec Jump Squats
• 30 sec Rest



🧘 Cool Down
• Hamstring stretch – 30 sec each
• Quad stretch – 30 sec each
• Chest & shoulder stretch – 30 sec
• Deep breathing – 1 minute
