Games are going to be HOT this week! 🥵What are your tried and true methods to keep your athlete cool? One team I saw over the weekend had ice water soaked towels for the cheerleaders that they kept refreshing. 🧊 With temps like this, our athletes will likely have more water breaks than cheers!

Mudsock Youth Athletics official policy is that activities will continue unless the heat index is 103 or higher during the activity. If parents decide not to have their cheerleader participate in games or practice this week, please let your coach know.

Keep your athlete moving this winter with a Mudsock program! I wish I could sign up for pickleball. 😊 Sadly, no winter cheer but we may look into it for next year, if there is interest.

We wish there was better news but, due the morning rain that added to existing field conditions, Mudsock Fields are closed today. All football and cheer activities have been cancelled for today. Make up games will be added to your schedule.
