Today’s 9/11 Heroes Run was definitely a little tougher than my normal runs! I ran with a 13-lb rucksack on my back, but every step was worth it.

Honoring the heroes who made the ultimate sacrifice and those who continue to serve and protect. ❤️🇺🇸

And to top it off… I placed 2nd in the Rucksack Competition! 🏅💪

Proud. Grateful. Honored. Never forget. 🇺🇸

Win or lose, I’ll ALWAYS cheer for my Seminoles! ❤️💛🏈

This weekend was a loss in TWO ways… we lost power AND we lost the game! 😂🤦‍♀️ But honestly, time spent cheering on the Noles with my husband is still time well spent. ❤️

And now for the GREAT news… our amazing Marching Chiefs will be heading to the Macy’s Thanksgiving Day Parade next year! 🎺🥁🍎

I think that’s a trip I’m going to have to make! ✈️❤️💛 Who’s coming with me?!

✈️🇺🇸 One of the BEST parts of any sporting event has to be the flyover! There’s just something about hearing those jets overhead, seeing them soar across the sky, and feeling that rush of pride. 🇺🇸

It gives me goosebumps EVERY. SINGLE. TIME. ❤️🤍💙

Even though it’s still a million degrees outside, one of my favorite seasons is upon us! 🍂🎃🤎

The house is starting to smell like fall and look like fall with just a few simple decorations. I’m keeping it very minimal this year—just enough to bring that cozy fall feeling into the house without going overboard. 🍁✨

From cheering on the Noles at the first FSU game of the season, to a fun day at the Rays game, and ending the weekend in church. 🙏🏼

Exhausting? Absolutely! 😂 But my heart is FULL. So grateful for the memories, the fun, the people I love, and most importantly, the time spent in His presence. ❤️

Wouldn’t trade this weekend for anything! ✨
