~𝐌𝐞𝐞𝐭 𝐓𝐡𝐞 𝐅𝐚𝐦𝐢𝐥𝐲~

Let us introduce you to Rheagan (Casey). This is her first season working at Yosemite Trails, and she came all the way from Louisiana. Rheagan is so much fun to talk to; her bubbly personality and accent make you want to keep her talking. She always says “Y’all,” and you can’t help but smile. If she isn’t talking about her family, she is talking about her horse Bailey. Rheagan loves the outdoors, going for a walk, and tanning. If she is not working, you will find her by some type of water. We sure enjoy having Rheagan around this season.

Fun fact about Rheagan— She has an obsession with sweet tea. Not just any sweet tea, but southern sweet tea, which is made with a lot of tea and even more sugar. She told us that if you can see the label on the other side of your pitcher and you don’t have mostly sugar, it's not done right.

~𝐌𝐞𝐞𝐭 𝐓𝐡𝐞 𝐅𝐚𝐦𝐢𝐥𝐲~

Let us introduce you to Trinity. This is her first season working at Yosemite Trails, and she fits right in. She is a traveling cowgirl who enjoys working in different locations and soaking up as much knowledge as she can. Trinity started her horse career in high school at a lesson barn, where she developed her love for horses. Right after graduation, she moved to Colorado, where she guided rides in the Rockies. She eventually moved down to California, and we are so glad she did. Trinity has an eye for detail and wants to make sure everyone is safe and happy throughout the ride. We are so happy to have her this season.

Fun fact about Trinity— she loves horror movies and is basically wired as a thrill-seeking adrenaline ju**ie who loves doing things out of the ordinary.

~𝐌𝐞𝐞𝐭 𝐓𝐡𝐞 𝐅𝐚𝐦𝐢𝐥𝐲~

Let us introduce you to Genevieve. This is her first season working for Yosemite Trails, and let us tell you, she is wonderful. She works hard and pushes herself to be the best she can be. She is a fast learner and always eager to help others. Genevieve enjoys cooking, being outside, and, of course, horses. Her family has been a huge blessing to the Knapp family and are truly great friends. Genevieve is extremely smart, and we know she will do great things in her life. We can’t wait to have her around next summer.

Fun fact about Genevieve— She prefers to sleep outside. At night, you will catch her lying on the grass under the stars, no matter the weather. If we don’t watch her, she is cold-plunging in the river.

~𝐌𝐞𝐞𝐭 𝐓𝐡𝐞 𝐅𝐚𝐦𝐢𝐥𝐲~

Let us introduce you to Tristin. This is her first season working for Yosemite Trails, and she has been so much fun. Her attitude is always positive, and she is such a people person. When you ride with Tristin, you will always feel safe and have the best time. Tristin lived and worked on Saint Croix, the largest of the U.S. Virgin Islands in the Caribbean Sea, for most of her youth, and she now lives in Oregon. Honestly, we don’t want to send her home; we are so glad she came to us this season.

Fun fact about Tristin— she has a crazy obsession with BBQ sauce. She pulls it out for every meal. Her favorite joke: What do barbecue sauce enthusiasts say at a party? "Let's get sauced!"

~𝐌𝐞𝐞𝐭 𝐓𝐡𝐞 𝐅𝐚𝐦𝐢𝐥𝐲~

Let us introduce you to Jonas. He has been working for the Knapp family and Yosemite Trails for about 10 years. Jonas, along with his wife and daughter, lives and works with us year-round. There isn't much Jonas doesn’t do or isn't great at. He starts and trains all of our horses here at Yosemite Trails. He also does farrier work, manages our cow program, and helps manage the staff and horses at YTPS. He truly has a gift with horses and starts every horse on the right path. We are blessed to have Jonas and his family here with us.

Fun fact about Jonas—when he isn’t riding a horse, he is in his “cozy” shoes. These are usually a pair of Crocs. If they made boot Crocs, Jonas would have a pair in every color.

~𝐌𝐞𝐞𝐭 𝐓𝐡𝐞 𝐅𝐚𝐦𝐢𝐥𝐲~

Let us introduce you to Melanie (Mel). This is her 4th season with Yosemite Trails, and she is definitely a keeper. She grew up in the Oakhurst area and was offered a job by Larry one day while riding the trails on her personal horse. It has been love ever since. Mel just graduated from Fresno State with a degree in Equine Science. She has a strong interest in equine reproduction. Mel is the hardest-working person and is always willing to jump in and do whatever is asked. People always love riding with Mel, and she makes everyone feel safe and comfortable.

Fun fact about Mel—she is the crazy goat lady! She collects goats and is always trying to find ways to get more. In her eyes, there is no such thing as too many goats.

~𝐌𝐞𝐞𝐭 𝐓𝐡𝐞 𝐅𝐚𝐦𝐢𝐥𝐲~

Let us introduce you to Liz (Bob). This is her 3rd season with Yosemite Trails, and she is definitely part of the Knapp family. She keeps the day entertaining and always has a trick up her sleeve. Liz is really good with a rope. When she isn’t guiding rides, she is practicing her roping skills, and we know one day we will see her in the bright lights, winning that cash money. We love having Liz as part of our YTPS family and hope to have her around for many more years.

Fun fact about Liz—she drinks a gallon of milk a day! She also drinks everything out of a w**e glass because she says “it’s classy.”
