Relentless Barbell Club We take people on a 12-week journey from a beginner to an intermediate or advanced Olympic lifter.

We spend 2 hours each class focusing on technique, strength and confidence-building. The culmination of this program is a platform for the athletes to compete and celebrate their accomplishments.
