An update on refunds:

Unfortunately, I underestimated the complexity and time it takes to process over 300 refunds individually. I can say we are currently 75% through them and working diligently to complete them all. I am truly sorry it is taking this long and still assure you we are getting everyone a refund. Please continue to be patient, please continue to email us checking in, please continue to follow us. If you paid with a check or cash let us know as we will need to refund you through a check.

In other news we have negotiated an opportunity to offer private lessons at another camp’s outdoor pool in the Reisterstown area, Pearlstone Swim Club. So, if you are closer to that location and looking for lessons from Basin Swim Academy, we got you!

**UPDATE**

Hello Facebook Family!

Our phones are back online, and we are now accepting calls once again. As stated before, we are running our private lessons at Red Barn Ranch during weekday evenings and all day on weekends. Lessons at Red Barn Ranch will begin June 3rd (pending inspection). Our At Home program is also running this summer, and we are currently accepting registrations.

We are still working diligently on processing everyone’s refund. As stated before, refunds are expected to be processed/completed no later than Friday, May 10th. The refund will be automatic and go back to the card that was used. We will follow up with an email to confirm we have processed the refund. Once again, we want to assure you that we will do everything we can to make sure that everyone receives their refund. We appreciate everyone’s patience during this process.

*UPDATE* We have officially moved out of the pool space. Unfortunately, this means that we are unable to access our phone messages for the time being. The Academy number will be transferred to a new phone by Tuesday, May 7th. In the meantime please reach out via email: [email protected].

We have already started the process of issuing refunds and will continue to do so. We're now taking registrations and scheduling lessons at Red Barn Ranch, At Home Lessons, and our Hire a Lifeguard program. Please take a look at the attached for more information.

Good Afternoon!

We are currently calculating everyone’s remaining lessons (private and group) to get a balance together. We will be following up as we begin to process refunds NO later than Friday May 10th. The refund will be automatic and go back to the card that was used. We will follow up with an email to confirm we have processed the refund. Once again, we want to assure you that we will do everything we can to make sure that everyone receives their refund. We ask for your patience as we work to close out our physical location and sort everything out.

We will continue to run our private lessons at Red Barn Ranch during weekday evenings and all day on weekends. Our At Home program will also run this summer. We will be sending out further information regarding prices towards the end of this week.

Once again, we thank you all for your patience and understanding during this transition.

We are NOT done yet! We are still at Red Barn Ranch this summer and will be offering Private swim lessons after camp hours and weekends. We are still offering at home lessons, so if you have a pool and looking for lessons, we are available. If you are having a pool party and need a lifeguard, we are certified, trained and insured. We will be working on acquiring a new place and will keep everyone updated. Thank you all for your business and support!
