One of my favorite things to see over the years is how many young ladies we have here at the academy! Most of these girls started with us in the kids’ program, and now they’re consistently showing up and training with our adults. These girls are tough, they always give great effort, and they enjoy training together! While we do not have a women’s only class at FJJA, we do provide a safe environment for girls and women of all ages to learn Jiu-Jitsu and to learn how to defend themselves!
