This weekend we had the privilege to host a promotions ceremony for Coach Sterling Helms receiving his Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu Black Belt! Coach Sterling has been training Jiu-Jitsu for over 14 years and has been an FJJA instructor for 4 years as well!

Our academy was proud to promote Coach Sterling and multiple others to their colored belt ranks, and a few stripes as well!

Reminders for Saturday, May 30th!!

We will hold our promotion ceremony for Sterling’s black belt at 12:00pm. Everyone is encouraged to attend if they’re able! This will be followed by an open mat.

Striking class will be at 10:45am.

Our 11:00am Adult BJJ class is cancelled.

Let’s pack the mats to show support and congratulate Sterling on this huge achievement!
