This is one of my favorite meals to prep for a quick breakfast you can take with you out the door!
Recipe ⬇️
400g Egg Whites
6 100 calorie English muffins
6 slices fat-free American cheese
6 slices Canadian bacon
Directions ⬇️
Grease a baking dish
[I use a piece of parchment paper for easier cleanup and to easily remove the eggs from the baking dish]
Pour egg whites in dish, season, and mix well
Bake at 400 degrees for 15-20 minutes or until eggs are settled
Assemble the sandwiches and wrap them into tin foil for easy storage. These can be stored in the fridge or freezer, take out heat up, and enjoy!
