*2025 Jr. Trojan Travel Baseball Tryouts*

-Proper baseball attire required. This includes hat, shirt (tucked in 😉), belt, baseball pants, cleats.

-Each child should bring their own glove, bat, helmet and water bottle.

As the 9u travel season comes to a close, I can’t help but reflect on how much the boys have grown. Going into 9u baseball is a huge step, not only from a maturity standpoint, but also with situational awareness. From where we started in the fall, how we began our season and then how we finished our season was quite a journey.

This year, our main focus was on instilling confidence in each and everyone of the boys. We wanted them to arrive to every game confident (not cocky) and ready to take on anybody. Thoughout the season, boy did that confidence grow!

I always insist that wins and losses will never define a successful season at this age. That said, we started 3-5 then went on a 25-4 run to finish 28-9. I am proud of how coachable this team is and how much they all believe in each other. This was a special season and the future is very bright for these boys.

Let’s hope they look back on these days as fondly as our amazing group of parents do!
