HELP US GROW THE FUTURE OF WESTERN HORSEMANSHIP IN THE MAGIC VALLEY! 🐂🐴✨
The Magic Valley Team Sorting Association is gearing up for our 2026–2027 Winter Series (running Labor Day through April), and we are looking for local business partners and community sponsors who want to make a real impact!
Our mission this season goes far beyond putting on great competitions—we are dedicated to building up our local youth riders, expanding entry-level opportunities, and growing the sport from the ground up.
To do that, we need the help of our local business community.
🌟 What Your Sponsorship Helps Us Achieve:
🏆 Bigger Payouts for Competitors: Adding purse money to our Open and Novice divisions draws top talent, rewards hard-working riders, and keeps entry fees worthwhile for growing families.
🎓 Practices & Youth Clinics: Sponsorship support allows us to host affordable practice nights and educational clinics, giving young riders and beginner sorters the hands-on instruction and arena time they need to build confidence and skills.
🐎 Preserving Our Western Heritage: Providing a safe, encouraging, family-friendly environment for generations of horsemen and horsewomen across Southern Idaho.
🤝 How Your Business Can Get Involved:
Whether you want to sponsor a single show or join us for the whole series, we offer flexible sponsorship tiers designed to fit any marketing budget:
Title Series Presenting Sponsor ($5,000): Full season naming rights, primary arena banner, logo on all promo & year-end awards.
Cattle & Arena Production Sponsors ($300 – $3,000): Directly covers event stock & facility fees with arena banner placement and live PA announcements.
Open & Novice Added Cash Boosts ($200+): 100% of your contribution goes directly into rider payout pots to boost show turnout!
Year-End Championship Buckle Sponsor ($600): Business name/logo engraved on high-point championship belt buckles.
