Another week of ball for the players of Ferris Recreational Sports. With each week that passes, the players become more confident in themselves and unlock new skills. For some that means getting their very first hit off of the coach and for others it is making a diving catch for an out then tagging a runner for a double play. Between the snack runs to concessions and loud air horns mixed with all the walk up jams, we wouldn’t trade game night for anything!

Yesterday we had Ferris Lady Jackets Rogers and Ferris Honey Badgers playing against each other. What I love about a Ferris vs Ferris game is being able to cheer for both sides. Pitcher throws a strike? Way to go! Batter hits a bomb? Heck yes!

We also had 2 new softball blues and they did pretty good! We appreciate our high school boys working at the fields!

Over in Cedar Hill our 6u Bandidas did their thing and dominated on the field.
