Friday from 6pm-9pm, we are having a Farewell get together, game night-style. Come and leave when you want.
Saturday is the equipment sale. 12pm-1pm is for members only. 1pm-4pm is for the general public.
Bars, bumper plates, med balls, boxes, rowers, bikes, slam balls, jerk blocks, 16 station Spealer rig, cleaning supplies, yoga mats, etc. Inbox me if you’d like the inventory list.

Every Friday at 6:15pm (in lieu of the 6:15pm class)
Beginning July 15th, ending August 26th.
BYO beer, kombucha, hard cider, sparkling water- as long as it’s carbonated, it’s good.
$5 ONE time donation for members, $10 for non-members.
Come to one or all of them! You still get points and a chance to win something at the end of the season. 😎

Monday, May 30th, at 9:30am, we will be hosting Memorial Day Murph, in honor and remembrance of our fallen heroes. We give thanks to their service and sacrifice.

“Murph”
1 mile run
100 pull-ups
200 push-ups
300 squats
1 mile run

*this can be done with a vest if you’ve been training with it prior to. It can be cut in half. It can be done with a partner. It can be cut in 1/2 and done with a partner. You can walk the miles if you want/need to. This workout is not about prescribed, it’s about integrity.
Anyone is invited to join us!
9:30am warm up will begin promptly followed by the workout at roughly 9:45am.
Silver Stallions have a staggered start. 10:30am warm up and 10:45am workout.
There is no time cap.
We are having a barbecue afterwards.

Best of luck to ISA athlete Tanya (.mv) as she takes on a 50K Ultra Marathon today (April 10th).
Tanya has trained hard for this: countless time spent and miles run to lead here. Through injury, recovery, good days and bad - this is what you’ve worked so hard for, Tanya and we are so proud to see your goals realized today.

22.3 Crossfit Open highlights. The final workout of the Open season. The athletes gave it their all, and the photos- compliments of - tell the story of hard work and dedication to the sport. 6am workouts, pausing the work day to take a “lunch break” that consists of going to the gym to work out, and then more working out by taking time to skill build on the side. Rolling in on 2 wheels literally seconds before class start time in the evening because this is the one hour in the day the gym can be fit into a packed schedule. But the hour is sacred. A non-negotiable. Eating better than desired sometimes, because it’s necessary to fuel properly in order to yield positive physical results. Deciding to shut the laptop screen 30 minutes earlier because sleep is when the muscles work best to recover and repair within 24 hours of a good workout.
We have so much fun in class, and fellowship afterwards sometimes for an hour past class time. But when it comes down to focusing on their goals, nothing gets in these athletes’ way.
Congrats on completing the 2022 Open, team!

Today was the last time we will see one of our original Ferndale members for a while.

Tanner () is going to hike the PCT (Pacific Crest Trail) for the next 5-6 months. He will start at the Mexican boarder of California and make his way up to Washington state.

We are so excited to follow along on this adventure, but will certainly miss having him at the gym each day.

It has been a pleasure to have you as part of our community, Tanner. Be safe, take tons of pictures, and keep us posted as you take on this awesome adventure!!!
