Thank you, Tony Keller and Mat Rat Wrestling for allowing us to use your space for a really special event. Avidity Women's Wrestling Academy is committed helping girls and women grow in the sport of wrestling.

This past weekend, we took the opportunity to celebrate and show our support for Maisie Elliott and Kamryn Mason. These young women both won their weight-classes and qualified for UWW U17 WFS World Championships this year. Thanks, Dee and Jeff Mason for coming out to represent Kamryn and spend some time with us. Kamryn was in Japan for an international training camp ahead of the UWW U20 WFS World Championships, which she has also qualified for.

Thank you, Kirk Elliott for bringing Maisie Elliott out to join on very short rest. They returned from Athens, Greece less than 48 hours prior to coming out to joining us at camp. Maisie had a fantastic tournament, and returned with a UWW WFS U17 40kg World Championship Bronze Medal! It was very cool to see Maisie switch hats and coach up our campers! She was a natural. She's just getting started on the world stage and here future there is very bright. When the time comes, she is going to make a phenomenal coach. She is an inspiration!

Thank you, 3x NAIA National Champ, Coach Carolina Moreno for leading the camp and sharing your experience and wisdom with our campers. The technique and strategies were right on time. I look forward to see these young ladies put these new or refined skills to use this coming wrestling season.

Thank you, Coach Malia Welch for coming up from Ashland for the weekend to assist on the mat and help things flow smooth.

Thank you, Melissa Welch for helping us fill in the gaps behind the scenes and for keeping us fed.

Finally, Thank you to all of our campers. I hope that you left inspired, and were able to take away something valuable from this camp.

Hey WA Womens Wrestling Fam! It's time to celebrate and support our 2025 Women's World Team Members, Maisie Elliott - Team USA U17 team, and Kamryn Mason - Team Canada U17 and U20 team. Carolina Moreno will be in the building as our clinician for this awesome camp!
