Meet our newest coach, Rachel Tanner!

Rachel is certified through NASM, as well as NASM nutrition, NASM virtual coaching, and functional training through EXOS. She has been a trainer for over two years, working with all ages for weight loss, body building, and rehab. Rachel is also a National Physique Competition contender, in the bikini division, currently preparing for a wellness competition for 2023. In her spare time, she enjoys anything outdoors, spending time with her puppy, and coaching tennis.
