💙💛 ESLL 9-11 All-Stars Battle Hard Against San Mateo 💙💛

The Elm Street Little League 9-11 All-Stars faced a tough opponent Thursday night in the District Tournament, falling to San Mateo 17-3. While the final score wasn’t the outcome they hoped for, the ESLL girls showed heart, determination, and never stopped competing.

Elm Street came out aggressive in the first inning, taking an early lead by putting pressure on the bases and scoring runs through smart baserunning. Throughout the game, the All-Stars continued to fight, swiping 10 stolen bases and working hard at the plate to earn six walks.

Defensively and offensively, our girls continued to battle every inning against a talented San Mateo squad. Players like Iris Imbierowicz, Ella Ruth Shearer, and Gracie Powell helped lead the way on the bases, while the entire team showed resilience and hustle from the first pitch to the last out.

One game does not define this team. These young athletes have worked incredibly hard to earn their place in the District Tournament and continue to represent Elm Street Little League with pride, sportsmanship, and determination.

We are proud of every player, coach, and family who continues to support these girls as they compete and grow together. Keep your heads high, ladies—we’re behind you every step of the way!

🔥 Elm Street Little League 9-11 All-Stars 🔥

What a way to start the tournament!

The Elm Street 9-11 All-Stars came out swinging and never looked back, defeating their opponent 25-5 in 3 innings to earn their first District Tournament victory!

This team effort showcased powerful bats, aggressive base running, and outstanding teamwork from top to bottom. Every player contributed to the offensive explosion as the All-Stars put together an incredible performance to open tournament play.

Opponent – 5

⚾ Fourteen players.
⚾ Three innings.
⚾ Twenty-five runs.
⚾ One incredible team.

The road through Districts continues, and these girls are just getting started!
