5 ✨Golden✨ Fitness Rules for the Busy Holiday Season!
Things can get crazy during the holidays and sometimes fitness can fall to the bottom of your to-do list. Here are some “rules” to follow this season to help!
1. Stay hydrated and drink your water
2. Fuel your body! Food is fuel and you’re gonna need all the energy for your workouts and extra holiday shopping
3. Plan ahead! Whether it’s scheduling a time for a workout or making some healthy meals ahead of time, planning ahead will help when the season gets busy
4. Move your body! Movement will help you to feel better both physically and mentally when the season gets overwhelming
5. Remember to take time for yourself! The holidays can be a lot, taking time for yourself is a great way to recharge!
