INTERIOR

* There aren't any ceiling leaks, the fabric is nice, its extremely roomy, a pocket door between the kitchen / dining / sitting areas and the sleeping / bathroom / rear entrance door areas. Please note not many RV's have a separate, full-sized rear entrance door in addition to the front, full-sized entrance door.
* There is a separate, outside door for the Driver (three exterior doors in total). Lots of large windows with blinds for each. Even a doggie window in the front, passenger side. A double bunk bed is in the hallway, an interior door to the Master Bedroom, a stand up shower area, an adjacent sitting area, then a single, separate bathroom area with the master bedroom in the rear of the coach (furthest away from the engine located at the front).
USES FOR THIS RV
* AirBnB. Lift it up with the built-in hydraulic floor jacks, hook up the water and sewer lines and rent it out. Affordable rentals are in high demand nowadays.
* Extra room for house. Perfect for teenager, Mother-in-Law or a Guest to have their own place in your backyard.
* Fix it and cruise the continental USA from the Grand Canyon to the Florida Keys and everywhere in between in an RV the size of a Greyhound bus with its double axles or an apartment or tine home as a full-time residence.
SERVICE
* Not currently running,
* I last used this RV a month ago when I drove it into my backyard so the issues mentioned below are fixable and are reflected in the price,
* The motor will run by adding a small amount of gas to the engine and it cranks quickly and runs runs smoothly,
* It needs a new fuel pump and three new batteries (two house and one starting battery).

First, get an simple verbal estimate from a licensed towing Company to tow it from my location to your place (see TOWING below). The last two pictures of the RV show the specs, including the length, width and weight the towing Company will need.

For the travel estimate, tell the towing Company that the location of the RV is within two miles of Lowes Fernandina Beach (Lowes address: 474283 E State Rd 200, Fernandina Beach, FL 32034).

SUMMARY
* For someone willing to invest a little time into this beautiful 40', Triple-Axle RV, it is an excellent value and with the low original miles of only 32k should give many years of memorable camping adventures and/or a nice place to live in year-round.
* Housing is at a premium now and this low-mileage, greyhound-bus-length RV would comfortably house its occupants with all the comforts of home for less than the price of a shed.
