Namaste Hot is an infrared heated hot yoga studio in Fergus Falls, MN. At Namaste Hot, Vinyasa yoga is the primary style of yoga practiced; lead by E-RYT Jenna Johnson. Hot vinyasa yoga is performed in a heated room, with class temperatures that will vary from 90-105 degrees.

This Saturday, Balanced + Brave is hosting a Slow Flow yoga class on the front lawn at 11:30 am. Participants will also receive a complimentary class pass to visit the Balanced + Brave studio for future classes.
