Tonight, our Rising Rangers participants joined us on the track to cheer the first quarter of the first football game of the season! Over the course of 5 sessions, these girls learned basic cheerleading skills including motion technique, jumps, stunting, and tumbling. They showed hard work and determination, built confidence, and learned to be good teammates. We are SO proud of each of them, and we hope to see them at future football games as well as our winter basketball clinic, basketball games, and future Rising Rangers sessions. The future of FP Cheer is bright! 💚💛

‼️We can’t forget a big shoutout to Ranger Football on a hard fought 16-15 victory! It was an exciting night to be a Ranger! 🏈📣

Rising Rangers Night 4

1️⃣Speaker
👉🏻We learned about building confidence!
👉🏻Confidence starts like an empty backpack. Each time we practice, try again, learn from our mistakes, work hard, and offer encouragement our confidence builds.
👉🏻Keeping a positive mindset through challenging moments is important!

👉🏻We worked on our tumbling skills. We practiced forward rolls, crab walks, back bends, handstands, cartwheels, round offs, front walkovers, back walkovers, and back handsprings.

👉🏻We practiced the full quarter cheer.
👉🏻We reviewed sidelines.
