Starting tomorrow (Tues, Aug 25th) classes will move back to our regular rooms (multipurpose rooms)!

Competed again this past weekend. Took first in the Grand Masters Division. This qualified me for this year's Natural Olympia in Las Vegas in November. Back to the gym for round two.
Stay fit and healthy, it's a lifelong journey. 👊💪

The next test will be Thursday, September 24th at 6pm! Students must earn all their stripes by Thursday, September 10th to be eligible to test.

Camp is this week, July 10-12! Please note, the event is at a new location this year.

We just wanted to remind everyone, the 2026 WWMAA National Camp is at a new location (just a few miles from the hotel we were at previous years).
