Weekends do not have to derail your progress.
In fact, some of the healthiest people we know enjoy their weekends while still staying on track.
Here are 3 simple tips:
✅ Start your day with some movement, even if it is just a walk
✅ Prioritize protein at every meal
✅ Do not let one indulgent meal turn into an indulgent weekend
Remember, the goal is not perfection.
