Weekends do not have to derail your progress.

In fact, some of the healthiest people we know enjoy their weekends while still staying on track.

Here are 3 simple tips:
✅ Start your day with some movement, even if it is just a walk
✅ Prioritize protein at every meal
✅ Do not let one indulgent meal turn into an indulgent weekend

Remember, the goal is not perfection.

The goal is building habits you can maintain for life.

GLP-1 medications continue to be a major topic in the fitness and weight loss world. As we said in Part 1, Xtra Mile Fitness is not here to judge your choices—we're here to help you succeed.

One of the biggest challenges we've personally seen in the gym is that some people rely on the medication without building the healthy habits needed for long-term success.
