And yes, we did miss you. Excited to have Randie back on the schedule as she starts this new chapter! Beginning in October she will be teaching Saturday 930am Vinyasa 🔥 (She’s also stepping in this teach it this weekend so come say hiiii)

We rarely document inside this room. It’s sacred, it’s your safe space. But once in a while the energy brings tears to your eyes and you never want to forget the feeling. The light coming in at the end of class, the fresh air that hits your skin after an hour of breath and movement. My sweaty footprints as I walk the room with so much gratitude for each and every human that showed up. Monday evening Vinyasa crew, you did that & I love you all 🫶🏼⚡️💫🙏🏼
