On June 9th, 2026, Harvard scientists determined lifting weights helps you NOT die!

Groundbreaking stuff....I know Somewhere, a guy doing curls in jean shorts just yelled, “I knew it!”

The study found that about 90–120 minutes of strength training per week was linked to better longevity and lower risk of some major health issues. That is basically two solid workouts a week.

So no, you do not need to live in the gym. You just need to show up, lift consistently, and get a little harder to kill.
