9 WEEK CHALLENGE
The winner is Tony! Lost 9.8% Body Fat while losing 28.8 total pounds of body weight. Tony's been with me for years and this is the first time he got under 200 lbs.
I asked him what clicked and he said, "I finally really listened to you and also got rid of the excuses!" He did it through hard work, focus on goals and a lot of determination.
Though Tony is the overall winner with the largest decrease in body fat, he's overjoyed with his results and letting the next place have the prize. That winner will also pick the winner of the Fitness Prize Basket! Announcement of 2nd place winner tomorrow.

Tomorrow (11/14) our Hero Workout begins at 8:00 in Fenton Park honoring SFC Brian Woods.
All donations proceeds goes for Christmas gifts for his two daughters and to show that their Daddy is never forgotten.
