When Lyric C Walsh walked into Tuebor earlier this year, she had never done CrossFit before.

What stood out wasn't her fitness level. It was her willingness to listen, learn, and trust the process.

As a coach, those are my favorite people to work with.

Recently, Lyric shared that one of her goals was (in her words…😂) to not have "bat wings" at her son's wedding. Last weekend she got to celebrate that wedding feeling proud, confident, and comfortable in her own skin.

That's a win.

Congratulations to Lyric and her family on an awesome day.

If you've been sitting on the fence wondering whether to start, just know that nobody expects you to walk in knowing what you're doing. Lyric didn't.

You just need to be willing to take the first step.

The coaches will help you. The members will support you. And before long, you'll be accomplishing things you weren't sure were possible either.
