Box Squat Options: One of our featured lifts this month. Our primary focus is to get as low as possible with complete control, being able to deload (full sit) on the box and get back up without rocking. The movement must be pain-free.

Once we've found max pain-free controlled ROM we then begin to load. Over time, we hope to increase that pain-free, controlled range of motion.
