Thanks to everyone that came out for our first work day, the next work day will be May 16. If you are a member and can’t make it to the work days please try to make it up by taking a week of mowing. A special thanks to vice president John Enedy for his hard work putting together the new archery range.

I hope everyone is enjoying the warmer weather. Well deserved after the brutal winter we had.
The Tomahawks annual work day is next Saturday 4/18/2026. Please come out and help us prepare for another year. A few things that we will need to be done on Saturday. Clean up all downed limps and sticks to prepare for the mowing season. I’ll be bringing the backhoe down to remove those big rocks that we always have to mow around. Please bring rakes and shovels if you have them. Targets will need repaired and painted. Hope to see a large turnout.
Don't forget there is also a woods walk Sunday. If you haven't cleaned the dust of the ole smoke pole since hunting season this would be a good chance.

John was a founding member of our club and passed the traditions of traditional muzzleloading to his grandchildren. Some of us will remember the days when John would spend hours over the campfire cooking traditional meals for the camp.
He has had a big impact on the club and will be greatly missed.
