Our six-week Sing-A-Long Swims are specially designed for children 6 months to 2.5 years and a caregiver. Through songs, games, and connection, little ones build comfort in the water and begin developing early swim skills in a warm, cozy environment.

Teacher Spotlight: Meet Trinity! If you're looking for a patient, confidence-building instructor for your swimmer, join Trinity in the pool Saturdays 11:30-4: littlefishswimschoolcalifornia.net

Trinity joined Little Fish earlier this year. She is a student at UC Santa Cruz with a passion for helping children grow in confidence. Before joining Little Fish, she spent two summers teaching swim lessons, worked as a teacher's assistant for three years, and supported students with special needs as a behavioral aide.

What Trinity loves most about teaching:
"Seeing kids build their confidence in the water and in themselves as they grow in their swim skills."

Her teaching style:
Hands-on, encouraging, and focused on helping every swimmer recognize that they can overcome their fears and succeed.

Favorite thing to do in the pool:
Swimming freestyle laps—just back and forth!

Favorite Little Fish game:
The Egg Game! It's interactive, silly, and a fantastic way to help swimmers become comfortable putting their faces underwater.

Why does Little Fish teach in a full-size pool with a deep end?

Because that's where real-world swimming happens. While many swim lessons take place in shallow teaching pools, our swimmers learn in a full-size pool with a deep end—the same kind of environment they'll encounter at community pools, hotel pools, summer camps, lakes, and beaches.

Learning in a larger pool gives children the opportunity to:
