🎉 BRING A FRIEND FRIDAYS ARE BACK! 🎉

Every Friday in October, CFFW members are invited to bring a friend, family member, coworker or neighbor to experience a CrossFit workout—for FREE!

Know someone who has been curious about CrossFit but feels nervous about trying it?

This is their opportunity.

👍🏼 No experience needed
💪🏼 No need to “get in shape first”
👌🏼 Every movement can be adjusted
👊🏼 Supportive coaching from beginning to end
🙌🏼 A welcoming community

Come move, laugh and discover what you can do together.

Members: Who is the one person you keep telling, “You should come try CrossFit with me”?

Tag them below and bring them this Friday!

Not connected to a CFFW member? That’s okay—send us a message and we’ll help you choose the right class.

Who is Stronger Before the Holidays designed for?

It’s for the person who has fallen out of a routine, feels overwhelmed by nutrition or is working hard without seeing the progress they expected.

It’s also for the person who spends so much time caring for everyone else that their own health keeps getting moved to the bottom of the list.

You don’t need to be in shape before you start. You don’t need a perfect schedule. You need a realistic starting point, a clear plan and support.

Our eight-week program begins October 5. Message us with STRONGER for details.

Great athletes deserve great coaches.

CrossFit Federal Way is excited to host the two-day, in-person CrossFit Level 2 Certificate Course!

If you’ve earned your Level 1 and are serious about becoming a more effective, confident coach, the Level 2 is your opportunity to sharpen the skills that matter most on the gym floor.

Over two highly interactive days, you’ll work directly with CrossFit Seminar Staff to refine your ability to:
🏋️ Teach — Communicate movements clearly and effectively.
👀 See — Identify faults quickly and accurately.
🎯 Correct — Give cues that actually create better movement.
🗣️ Coach with confidence — Learn when to cue, what to prioritize, and how to connect with the athlete in front of you.
This isn’t just about knowing the movements. It’s about becoming the coach who can make every athlete better.
Building on the concepts and foundational movements introduced in the Level 1, the Level 2 gives you hands-on practice, real-time feedback, and practical coaching experience you can bring back to your athletes immediately.

📍 Hosted at CrossFit Federal Way
Two Days. In Person. Hands On.

Whether you’re a newer coach ready to build confidence or an experienced coach looking to sharpen your craft, this is your opportunity to invest in the skill that matters most — your coaching.

Better coaches build better athletes.
Better athletes build better gyms.
Get better at what you do.
