Take the time to look at what you coaching & observing. This page may be full of “weird foot stuff” & “mobility” but in all reality it’s just observing of actual movement in sports and then patterning in those behaviors through training & intentional practice during sport.

Then it all blends into the subconscious & becomes who we are at all times. This is why you need us. To ensure that what you’re training looks like what you’re doing in the sport. If the training and lifestyle doesn’t support the actual sport & your growth in it…who cares?

Play your sport more. Sprint. Do things that add to your ability to play and practice your sport more. And then sprint.

Way too many “smart” “advanced” trainers out here playing with athletes. End it and take ownership of your bodies and development kids.

THE MOMENT IT CAN HAPPEN.

THE PATTERN THAT RELEASES YOU AND AVOIDS IT FROM HAPPENING.

1. Big toe pressure is gonna lock that ankle from its movement potential.
2. Ankle loses movement access the shin bone follows the foot pressure
3. Incorrect loading in a dynamic fashion with your structure compromised
4… LONG ROAD AHEAD!
