It’s that time…. PoneZone is partnering up with Greg Jackson and UTC to get in strength and agility this winter. Starting this Monday, I will be doing circuit training, from 6-7:30 at the Ultimate Training Center. $30 per session with a special rate for December and January if you sign up for the month.
