S-10A Super Circuit Saturday Wes has been teaching kids and adult classes for nearly ten years with an emphasis on student set goals, motivational coaching and accountability, and measured achievement! Wes has coached adult winners of 90 Day Challenge

competitions, kids to their first Jiujitsu competition wins, dads back from knee surgery, moms back from maternity leave and many others to their first 30 day goal achievement!! Wes has coached college athletes, former olympians, the former Miss Arkansas USA, and many high school students in preparation for scholarship opportunities! Wes has personally lost over 50 pounds on his fitness journey and knows not only what to DO but also what to EAT! Wes loves helping people change not only workout habits but also healthy lifestyle choices overall, including nutritionally and has helped many people hit their weight loss and strength training goals through both private and group training sessions. Wes is proud of his personal fighting accomplishments having held two amateur MMA titles and fought for some of the largest fighting organizations in the country. Starting locally competing in bars, livestock barns and local gymnasiums, he gratefully accepted opportunities to fight for local promoters. Wes literally fought his way to an amateur title (CFC Lightweight, Mountain Home, AR) which attracted the attention of regional power promotion, V3 Fights. Wes was the Amateur Featherweight Champion for AA Productions and has fought for Off the Chain Promotions (OTC), World Series of Fighting (WSOF), Resurrection Fighting Alliance (RFA), and fought his professional fighting debut on the nationally televised Legacy Fighting Championship in September, 2015! Wes was also the American Grappling Federation Featherweight Nationals Tournament Champion in 2015! Wes is also a proud husband and father of three kids, all of which have reached their own goals both in competition and in daily training. Wes and his family is excited to pass on their experience and help to the members of Fayetteville Fitness Kickboxing!
